Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by WYRM.studios ("we", "us"), a creative studio based in Tunis, Tunisia, operating since 2021 and reachable at studioswyrm@gmail.com. By requesting, accepting or paying for any of our services, you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide brand identity, visual identity, motion design, video editing, graphic design, photography and web design services. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for your project are defined in the proposal, quote or facture (invoice) we send you — that document, together with these terms, forms the agreement.

2. Quotes & payment

• Prices are quoted in Tunisian Dinar (DT) unless agreed otherwise, and are valid for 30 days.
• Projects typically start after an advance payment; the balance is due on delivery, as stated on your quote or facture.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, crypto or Wafacash.
• Work may be paused on overdue invoices; delivered files may be withheld until payment completes.

3. Revisions

Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote (typically two included rounds). Additional revisions are billed per round at the rate agreed in advance — itemized transparently on your facture, never a surprise.

4. Client responsibilities

You confirm you own or have rights to all materials you send us (logos, text, photos, trademarks). Fast, consolidated feedback keeps timelines on track; delays in feedback shift delivery dates accordingly.

5. Ownership & portfolio

• On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project.
• We keep the right to display the work in our portfolio, website, case studies and social media unless you ask otherwise in writing before delivery.
• Our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how remain ours.

6. Timelines

Dates are good-faith estimates. We commit to responsive communication and steady progress; we are not liable for delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, or third-party platforms (hosting, fonts, stock assets).

7. Cancellation

Either side may end a project before completion with written notice. Work completed to date is invoiced proportionally; advances already paid cover that amount first. No cancellation fee beyond that.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, data, goodwill). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Offers & discounts

Promotional offers — such as a loyalty discount on a future service — are personal, non-transferable, valid for the period stated on the facture or message that granted them, and cannot be combined unless stated.

10. Governing law

These terms follow Tunisian law. Disputes will first be addressed amicably by email; courts of Tunis, Tunisia have jurisdiction otherwise.
